I’m running for school board to log in: by reconnecting families and schools, level up: by using data and innovation to close gaps, and lead forward: by building a future where every child is prepared to thrive. This is about more than policy. It’s about purpose, people, and progress for every student in Charlotte-Mecklenburg.

Vision

I envision a district where every student regardless of their zip code has access to safe, inclusive, and future-ready schools. Where families are valued as partners, educators are supported, and technology works for equity, not against it. Together, we can lead with purpose, prepare with vision, and build a public school system that reflects the brilliance of our entire community.

  • Heart in Every Decision: I will lead with empathy, always centering students and families in the choices we make. Every child matters.

  • Advocate for Every Student: I’ll speak up for equity and fairness to ensure all children have what they need to learn and thrive.

  • Trust & Transparency for Families: Families deserve to know what’s happening and why. I’ll push for open communication, clear decisions, and stronger school-family partnerships.

  • Create Safe, Supportive Schools: Our students and staff need to feel emotionally and physically safe. I’ll invest in mental health, inclusive school climates, and tools that support belonging.

  • Hope for the Future: I believe in the brilliance of every child. From early literacy to future-ready skills like AI and technology, I’ll help prepare our kids for what’s next.
